AOE3 stories

l start it with an aoe story i guess..

got a bad partner.. was dutch sergeant and me 17 MS british gainst 2 19(brit and MS on GP

hejust boomed.. had 20 skirms at like 15 mins.. i had like 70 lbows a monster eco and some pike... they come with like 50 lbows and 30 musks.. i hav the highest score by at least 60 at 15 mins.. so they start rapin me of course cuz i cant hold off 2 armies.. and my partner doesnt hav an army..

then at like 25 mins i resign and my partner calls me a noob -.-

oxy i was wishin u were online last night.. a complete nub 2nd LT in Dm and a captain.. i was holding off the captain.. after he annhilated my partners base.. and we had crushed the captains teammate.. my partner doesnt pay attention enough and while im keepin the captain outta our base the 2nd Lt goes froma score of 600 to 1200 in like 10 mins... then he spammed those OP spanish cav and we lost..

Basset that why i like to play 1vs1. If i lose its my fault. Anyways i have an aoe3 story to tell. I was british vs an Aztec player. At 6:30 i rushed in with my 5 hussars and 19 muskets and was quite surprised to find a massed Macehualtin army. It was somewhere between 35 and 40 strong. Only problem is that since there was 35 or 40 maces vs my 19 muskets i couldn get close enough to go into hand attack and thereby lost 13 of my muskets and a hussar while he lost about 20 maces. So basiclly i regrouped and reattacked once i got 10 hussars and 16 muskets. This time he had 8 puma spearman and was still spaming maces. And he somehow got 4 war huts up also. I let my muskets battle why my hussar slipped to his tc where the only thing there was 10 aztec priests. Then i started to raid with my hussars having his army follow them and send my muskets to do seige. While his economy was sucking i started to manor boom and ended up after 24 mins having him resign with his army gone most of his econ and all of his priests. After the game i found out that he played 500 games to my 50, lol.

what was his rank?

obviously he is the kind of person that learns military stuff, then sucks eco wise...

He was my rank which i think was corp only becuase he only won half his games.

corp-serge i bet cuz heated wouldnt play anyone too high ranked..

yea if he ever figures out how to work eco too hed rape alot of ppl

anyways, im finally got empire to work... MUCH different from any other total war game i have played... not in the sense of battles(which is bad ass btw) but the map board is really wierd to me, especially with the new boats... which the water on the boat battles is so gorgious compaired to the water in age3...

thts y tht games takes so much more RAM/hard drive space than any others.. its like Medieval 2 + aoe3 put together in hard drive space

never played mideval 2... only the original.

but yeah... the water battles = GORGIOUS.

And laggy...

is there a ranking system online?

or is it just you play some person... that could be a complete noob... or an insain tactitian?

im pretty sure theirs a ranking sysytem.. but AOE's is the only SUPER serious ranking system iv really seen..tht is till ES left and everyone went cheats..

super serious as in they are as good as their rank says

yeah... i mean i have seen some great ranking systems... but there are always cheats.

aoes is one of the best iv seen.. cant think of the name of the other game.. but like i said.. when it first came out aoes was great with hardly any cheats... now sadly.. theres prob at least 50% of the active community cheating

Hmm that sucks. Ive just been playing the comp to get my skill back up. And no Basset i've beaten people above my rank(like master sargs and 1st luitentes,i cant spell right now)in ffas and unfortunatly a few unrated games.

well its easy in FFA/unrated cuz they dont use a civ they r comfortable with or dont do a strategy that they kno real well..

basically... or they sit and wait till it is just them and someone else, after doing a monster eco boom.

yea they dont really try hard when its unrated... u can talk when u do it rated xD

but whats the point of trying hard with civ u know in an unrated game? u rape someone and get nothing but exp. for it

Me (Major) and my Partner Korndog (Master serg) we were vsing Two Captains.

Both Captains were going Muskteers and they had a Few Hussars. Korndog was massing Muskteers and I was Massing Strelets. The two Captains attack me with 30 Muskteers and about 3 hussars each i would have to say and i had 70 Strelets + Advance Arsenal and Byors. Korndog took all his Muskteers and kill there Forward base and then we went after there towns. Game took less then 20 min. After the game they "Reported" me for Hacking/Cheating.... because i can mass strelets out of my blockhouse and there were stronger then age 2 Skirmishers -.-'

Lmao. You get reported a lot i bet. People say you cheat almost every game I play with you. I would say it too.. except i know what you do and how lol.
