The one weakness against cavalry is that they cost so much money... our strategy should be centered on taking out the enemies econemy so that there forced to create infantry.

so how would we go about taking their eco down? I mean we do have some pretty great cav for the job

cossacks would work.. i mean if u played deccan made no vils and shipped 9 cossacks u could hav em at like 4 mins but ud lose big time if u didnt raid effectively

I disagree. People say beastly a lot. I mean not saying it would be like people not saying thats beat. I think cossacks are better than uhlans though.

u put them in a 1v1 and the uhlan wins hands down.. but it costs 50 food and 100 gold and 2 pop compared to cossacks 75 food 75 gold 1 pop... so they r a tiny bit more expensive cuz coin takes longer to gather than food... and 1 pop more.. but germanys eco is made to handle the expensive pop heavy units wit their settler wagons so i think uhlans r better

play dutch and spam strelets wit some cossacks to kill cannon

u should hav 15 cossack like 90 vils and rest strelets as they r the only things tht skirms+ruyter dont kill

skirm= 3x multi on HI so no musks or halberds
Ruyter= 3x multi on all cav so no cav other than the few suicidal ones tht kill the cannon..

then u jus hav to keep sendin oprikniks into their base to kill their eco while pushin hard from the front

keep in mind tht ruyters r 1 pop and they hav a 50 vil max.. leavin 150 pop..

2 cannon= 10 pop.. so 10 cannon=50 pop...

basically he has a 10 cannon advantage on u so thts y dutch r hard to beat.. plus their banks r so hard to kill cuz of the extreme HPs.. like double tht of wood walls..

so hat is the best civ to go again with russian?

not really cuz strelets own ruyter+skirm.. if u want u can take all ur strelets and micro them to kill the ruyter then send like 30 cossacks in... no more cannon and skirm xD

also imp oprikniks wit a card hav like 130 seige... 10 of them kills a bank in like 10 seconds.. plus kills vils..

german is the best against russia cuz russia doesnt hav a unit to own doppelsoldners and they get raped all day by war wagons..

not really cuz a good dutch player is hard to beat wit any civ cept germans (stupid OP germans)

well... spains OP lancers (if they FF) kill all inf.. which means u need cossacks... and strelets kill their musks and dragoons... and cossacks kill everything else of theirs.. basically hav ur strelets kill their musks pike rodeleros and dragoons while ur cossacks kill their xbows skirms cannon

basically if 2 units from ur civ can rape all their units (wit micro of course) then u can definately beat them

i did find tht w/out the patch... tht HI hava 1.3X multi on strelets... and strel;ets hav a 2.3x multi on HI... tht makes strelets useless unless mixed wit another unit
