Im going to Drumhellar on saturday and will stop at Wal-Mart and see if they have it in stock.

It's out here. I saw it in the shop today. It is like DOW2 though, people here could buy DOW2 1 month before release, but it's all done on Steam.

When you install the game, the product key needs to be entered into Steam to install it, therfore the game developers just block people from installing it until today.

Vista sucks...My friend keeps getting his PC frozen with Vista.

Use windows XP(SP2) to play Empire:total war and it works.I use vista before then CTD all the time XD.

I haveXP (SP2) too, that's not the problem tho.

On the cover it says that you'll need XP SP2 (or Vista ofc) to play Total Wars Empire. I suppose you can use SP3 too?
