Minor update & Induction of new REL VIP's

Some minor updates:

1. More pets
   
2. Removal of both Playstation General & Xbox General talk sections
   
3. NEW official RELU VIP's (belated induction)
   Toddels didn't announce it before and now iv just added their ranks

And maybe we can do a little more with the pet's a little later on? donno just yet, but im sure theres something that I can do just for them

i dont think so.......

and i became a REl vip
by, well i think, well at the top i clicked 'usergroups'
then i click Rel vip
and it said i think like space avalible
i think...............

Bomber, take a hint STOP SPAMMING, STOP bringing up OLD topics, OR NEVER become a VIP....you may come one in like 2050 if u keep things up
