New RELU CM

Hey guys. I have come to conclusion that I am joining a Australian PlayStation Clan soon and would like to focus there. I won't be leaving the forums at all...will still be on every day. I can help with the forums as such, but would like to see if someone else would like to take over the main site and post interesting gaming news ect..

So don't think I'm going anywhere...I will be here as always, just not as the CM.

To be CM you need to know little about web design and CSS.

My status in the AOE3 clan will remain. In KZ2 I will be moving to the new clan though as they host regular tournaments. It will be kinda half and half. I will mostly be in the new clan, but I will still help out with heaps of RELU stuff.

Wouldnt Darren be the best bet for that kinda stuff?

I would like to introduce however adding keevan onto the CM team. Not as a CM but on the team. I remember keevan had an AMAZING compaign in his run for leadership. He wrote beautifuly (I believe it was keevan? ). Darren is a wiz at the comp... but not as good a writer as todd.

Darren you write more like your talking to someone. Same as me Anyways we need someone who writes more professional. So I think keevan should proof your paragraphs and correct them till you get a hang for writing like someone who writes a news paper article or something, but of course with your own personal style

What are your guys thoughts on this?

On a serious note; I think Keevan would be the man for the job if he has the time and the skills, when it comes to CSS and whatever more's, needed.

When it comes to experience with web design, I think Darren may have the upper hand on me. However, writing is my "forte", and I do think I can write more professionally then Darren. I hand-wrote the Terms of Service for the forums, and am in charge of tech news. I also have the time. I have no life, remember? I would be able to make daily or weekly posts as necessary. If we can split the technical stuff for Darren, and have me in charge of updating the home page, it would make me pretty happy.

It's not hard at all. Maybe if I let you update it and if you run into any problems I can just log in too and fix it? Sounds good IMO.

So Darren runs the web and Keevsn writes the news. I think that's the best way to handle this.

Yeah. That sounds pretty good to me.

I believe that because we are on Free Webs, that Keevan himself is more than capable than to handle the site on his own

Especially with captions like "put text in this box" "put images in this box" ect ect ect.

I agree now that I think about. Unless keevan can't understand "add your text here" I believe he is fully capable to maintain the entire website.
